An Aberdeen woman has dealt herself a major win on an electronic card game. The woman, who has asked to remain anonymous, collected £118,500 at a very popular casino in UK.

She had been playing the electronic Jackpot Stud Poker game when she came up trumps. The 28-year-old won the jackpot when she was dealt a royal flush.

The computerized poker game was developed solely for the casino, and was launched at the beginning of last year. Players are entered into the national game, linking all of 28 UK Casinos, with the opportunity to win the entire jackpot - an amount that starts at £10,000.

The group has already paid out a massive £6 million in jackpot wins. This is the first jackpot win at the Aberdeen casino. It is one of a number of big wins for North-east people in recent months.
