ALP accused of hypocrisy over political donations - 2004-01-30
The Federal Liberal Party President has accused the Labor leader Mark Latham of hypocrisy over his plan to prohibit political donations from tobacco companies.

Shane Stone says if Labor was serious about changing fundraising practices it would also ban donations from brewers, the hotel industry and poker machine companies.

The criticism of Labor's proposed new donations policy is part of an article that is posted on the website of a conservative think-tank, the Darwin Research Centre.
