Aristocrat jumps on takeover speculation - 2003-10-21
Aristocrat Leisure shares rose nearly 19% on Tuesday on resumed speculation that its rivals could be eyeing it as a takeover target and that the company was nearing the end of an international search for a new chief executive.

Aristocrat's shares jumped earlier this year on speculation NSW's Tab was looking at making a bid for the troubled poker machine maker.
